The training course has been brought by the lecturers from Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) around the main topic “Diplomatic protocol skills” with 3 sub-topics about: “Fundamental principle for modern communication and behavior”, “Order and place in foreign affairs”, “Banquet and western tools”. Most of trainees were the foreign affairs line officers from institutes, schools and units in Ministry of Science and Technology.
In the opening speech, Mrs. Bui Thi Huy Hop (Deputy Director of VISTIP) has emphasized on the importance and necessity of Diplomatic protocol and foreign affairs communication to create favorable conditions for diplomatic activities. Therefore, with the function of science and technology international integration, the training course with lectures and practices combined has been successfully held by VISTIP – the governmental body empowered by Minister of Science and Technology to support the cooperation of Vietnam and International Science and Technology organizer and scientist.
The training course was full of enthusiastic opinions and debating from the trainees. Practical examples and teamwork exercises were also mixed with the knowledge and skills. The training course finished with positive compliments from trainee on the quality of the course as well as gained knowledge. Representative of organizer, Mrs. Bui Thi Huy Hop concluded the event and was willing to see the following useful courses related to international cooperation and integration in the near future.
